R U OK? Day is to put a spotlight on mental health and to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life. Due to our current situation with Covid-19 where people are under increased stress and isolation we are expecting to see more people are impacted. Our hope is that we are able to inform, empower and equip you to be able to identify, ask and assist those around you who may be struggling so we can all get through this together.
