Jessie Sprott
Jessie Sprott is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with broad experience across the
private, public, and community sectors. She has worked with a wide range of clients and clinical presentations, bringing compassion, expertise, and evidence-based care to every therapeutic relationship.
Currently working in
drug and alcohol rehabilitation, Jessie has a
special interest in treating addictions and supporting individuals in their recovery journeys. She also has experience in
family violence intervention and support, helping clients rebuild safety, resilience, and self-worth after trauma.
In addition to this work, Jessie sees clients experiencing
common mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety conditions, and relationship issues.
Jessie draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and
mindfulness-based interventions, to meet each client’s unique needs. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, she strives to create a collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change. Alongside Psychology, her study in areas of Theology and Ministry, help shape and inform her practice in a holistic, values-driven way.
