Deborah Lee


Deborah is a registered general psychologist with a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology from Monash University. She has worked in primary and secondary schools, telehealth counselling and multidisciplinary paediatric settings. Deborah enjoys working collaboratively with her clients’ care team including parents or carers, partners, families and communities to help clients of all ages achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Deborah has a gentle and encouraging approach in delivering evidence-based treatment and strategies to support children, young people, individuals and their families in addressing a range of emotional, mental, developmental, behavioural and relational needs and challenges. She is also committed to exploring the unique strengths, capabilities and experiences of culturally diverse and neurodiverse individuals.

Deborah’s strengths-based and person-centred approach enables her to tailor a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-focussed Therapy and Play Therapy, to best suit each of her client’s needs.
